Our poultry sourced from a few contracted farmers to guarantee control over the growing process. Our in-house vetinery officer and our quality assurance department continually monitor the farmers. The receiving parameter s is very stringent to ensure that critical control points are met. The process line of poultry is clearly segregated to prevent cross contamination.
The prerequisite programs are strictly observed not forgetting the operational prerequisite programs, which must be met. Non-conformances in production are duly isolated to ensure that customers get the best. Our poultry is sold as whole capon, spring chicken, eight pieces, half portion, or it is made into cuts as per customer preferences and specifications.
